Directions to the Kopanong

| From Tshwane Take the R21 Highway towards Johannesburg International Airport, take the Benoni off-ramp, turn left at the top of the off-ramp, follow the road to the traffic light (Engen garage on left) turn left into the M32, go through three sets of traffic lights and a stop street, ± 400m after the stop street turn right into Glen Gory Road, Kopanong is 400 meters down Glen Gory Road on the left. From Johannesburg Take the most convenient route towards Johannesburg International Airport (R24 Highway), then follow the R21 Highway towards Kempton Park off-ramp, and take the second off-ramp being the Pomona off-ramp, turn right at the top of the off-ramp (traffic light), follow the road (M32) for 7.5km (you will go through four sets of traffic lights and a stop street) ± 400m after the stop street turn right into Glen Gory Road, Kopanong is 400m down Glen Gory Road on the left. N12 East Take the N12 to Benoni, pass the EastRand Mall shopping area, pass the Atlas Road off-ramp and take the Tom Jones off-ramp. Turn left at the traffic lights (you are now in Bunyan Street which becomes the Great North Road) At the 5th set of traffic lights turn right into Oak Street. Go through 3 4-way stops and pass the Oakfields Pick 'n Pay Shopping Centre on the right hand side. After the 3rd 4-way stop you go straight. The road name changes to Benoni Raod - which becomes Glen Gory road. From here, Kopanong is 4km down the road on the right hand side. |
