Complete service failure 4/3/2008 16h25-17h50 (resolved)

All GEN3 institutions lost connectivity on 4 March at about 16h25. Service was restored at about 17h50. The reason for the failure is not yet known. An explanation from the providers is awaited.

Update 5 March: failure caused by a switch configuration issue. Now resolved, and Neotel have identified service improvement actions arising from the incident.
