12h23: All GEN3 sites have lost connectivity. Failure appears to lie with connection between Neotel MPLS cloud and Bree Street gateway. Fault has been logged with IS Rapid Response Desk.

Update 12h50: Service has been restored. Initial reports indicate that Neotel engineers conducted unscheduled maintenance on the BGP configuration. An incident report is awaited. TENET management will meet with Neotel management to discuss this service failure.
