Multiple outages affecting all Neotel MPLS GEN3 sites 6/4/2008 02h30-10h30
All Neotel MPLS GEN3 sites experienced multiple service failures between 02h30 and 10h30. Initial indications are that this was caused by Neotel maintenance, not notified to TENET in advance. Since this is a breach of the SLA, TENET has lodged a formal complaint and has requested a formal investigation and response.
Update 16h30 9/4/2008: Neotel have promised a formal response by 10h00 on 10 April 2008.
Update 11h30 10/4/2008: neotel have acknowledged a process failure in their change notification process and have committed to timeous change notification in the future.
