The RCCP II project is well underway!

This project is divided into three phases and for phases one and two, Request for Proposals (RFP’s) have been published and responses have been received and reviewed.

RCCP II Project Manager Helga van Wyk reported that the awarding of the sites for phases one and two is 70% complete. It is anticipated that these sites will go live by December 2016, with the remaining phase three sites to be complete by June 2017.

Regarding the development of phase three, Helga explained that the RFP responses are currently under evaluation by the TENET and SCA review panel for the purpose of service provider selection.

Thrilled about the project’s activities within the upcoming months, Helga said the RCCP II is slowly but surely progressing and gaining momentum, and is planning some site visits in the near future which she is excited about.
