The terms and conditions pertaining to the registration of AC.ZA have been changed. The existing terms and conditions have been in use for at least 12 years, and are now somewhat dated. The revised version brings the agreement up-to-date with current legislation and regulations, and also to makes provision for the forthcoming changes (and in particular, for the introduction of DNSSEC).
The revised terms and conditions are available on the AC.ZA web site at https://www.ac.za/apply and may be viewed by downloading a current application form. A change-tracked version is also available on request.
In terms of section 8.7 of the existing terms & conditions for AC.ZA domains, these new changes come into effect for all existing AC.ZA registration 30 days from publication (i.e. on 7 July 2019).
